My group was very satisfied with UCL’s service for our tour through Russian River. Our driver, Jim, arrived at the pick up location 15 minutes early and told us there was no rush since we wouldn’t be charged until the actual contract time. The limo was very clean and our driver cleaned it for us between each winery stop (even though we made a mess with our crackers and chips). The driver was very knowledgeable of the wineries we wanted to visit and informed us which ones needed an appointment.

Have used United Coach Limousine for regular trips to SFO airport and Palo Alto and more in San Francisco. Our driver is very professional and prompt, always feel in good hands.

We used United Coach Limo to take us to Sonoma for a day of wine tasting. I was extremely happy with UCL. The limo showed up on time, they had no problem meeting us at the Sports Basement Parking lot (so we could get started quickly) and the driver was very professional.

I had sent a list of the wineries we wanted to visit and the driver knew how to get to all of them. The limo service also provided water and soda in the car, which was much needed after a few wineries.

Also, we got stuck in traffic on the way back so we were about 15 minutes over our time but they did not charge us for that, very cool.
