This 3-4 hour tour of San Francisco includes many of the great sights of the City. The tour includes the Golden Gate Bridge, Golden Gate Park, Cliff House, North Beach, Chinatown, Marina, Presidio, Nob Hill, Union Square, Financial District, Civic Center, Victorian Houses, Pacific Heights and Twin Peaks (weather permitting). The tour includes 3 to 4 stops at various points of interest, including the Golden Gate Bridge. Muir Woods – Sausalito

This popular tour crosses the Golden Gate Bridge for spectacular views of San Francisco and the Marin Headlands. Continuing north, we wind along picturesque Highway 1 to Muir Woods. This 550 acre National Monument is home to some of the tallest and oldest trees in the world. After leaving Muir Woods, the tour heads back along the coastal road towards Sausalito.

Joseph Phelps Vineyards

Joseph Phelps Vineyards was founded in 1972 and is one of California’s premier wineries. In 1974 Phelps was the first U.S. winery to produce a Bordeaux style blend (Meritage), under a proprietary label. This wine became the highly acclaimed Phelps “Insignia” line. Year to year, Phelps Insignia has garnered raves from wine critics around the world, beating many highly allocated and rare “cult cabs” in blind tastings. The Jarvis Winery

The Jarvis Winery is noted for its ultra-premium, estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec, and Petit Verdot. The grapes are all from its own estate vineyards and its wines are made in a beautiful cave 4 miles to the east of Napa. Unique tasting tours daily by appointment.

Sterling Winery

Sterling Winery has been around the Napa Valley for over three decades, with the first vintage produced in 1969, and they’ve got a few suggestions you might find interesting. Del Dotto

Del Dotto has vineyards in St. Helena and is a historical winery with cellar caves and a magnificent wine gallery featuring a tasting facility in Napa. The Del Dotto ‘Cave Experience’ and ‘Barrel Tasting’ was called one of Napa’s more distinctive and educational tours by Wine Spectator Magazine who also selected Del Dotto as one of the hottest emerging producers in Napa Valley. The feature is entitled “The Undiscovered Dozen.” The San Francisco Chronicle selected Del Dotto wine among the top 100 wines of 2002.

Caymus Winery

Chuck Wagner and his late parents, Lorna and Charlie, started Caymus Vineyards in 1972. They were a family of farmers with roots in Napa Valley dating back to the 1850s. Today, the family’s two Cabernet Sauvignons – Caymus Napa Valley and Caymus Special Selection – are among the region’s most celebrated wines.
